I am an Asssitant Scoutmaster for my Boy Scout Troop. The past few years we've volunteered to help staff the Webelos Woods event that goes on at the camp that I grew up at. This year our guys built and manned one of the monkey bridges. While they were working, I took a walk to one of my favorite places, and took the time to play around a bit with the color settings on my camera (Canon Powershot A520). I know it's not the best camera in the world, but I've gotten some decent results with it.

I really like this one. I just wish it wasn't blurry. I need to get a tripod!

And a couple random ones

I wish I had a tripod. I really need to get one (it's on my christmas list). My hands aren't that steady, so I lose a lot of good shots.

I decided that the black and white pictures of the pump were just too busy and needed the color for everything to stand out. The contrast was nice with the flat light that I had. I just wish my hand was more steady.

Comments and criticism engouraged.
